EASTLINE ROMP AND PLAY – DOG PARK RULES
Any disputes or complaints involving dogs or their owner’s behavior will be reviewed by Eastline Romp and Play Inc. and recommendations for action will be approved by the Board of Directors. Noncompliance with the rules may result in revocation of dog park privileges.

Bites or injuries should be reported to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office 518.885.6761 and the Malta Town Clerk 518.899.2552.
- Members ONLY! We are a volunteer, non-profit private organization relying upon membership fees, donations and grants to cover the operations and expenses of the park. We welcome both Malta residents and non-residents to apply for annual memberships.
- Registration tags are valid from Jan 1st until Dec 31st each calendar year.
- Open daily from 7:30am until sunset.
- All dogs must wear a valid license and annual dog park registration tag must be present for the current year while on premises.
- Dogs with a history of dangerous or aggressive behavior are prohibited. Dogs displaying aggressive behavior must be removed from the park.
- Puppies under four months old are prohibited.
- Dogs less than 30 lbs should socialize in the smaller area.
- Female dogs in heat are prohibited.
- Dogs approaching and leaving the park must remain leashed at all times until inside the double-gated off-leash areas. Leashes should then be removed before entering through the inner gate.
- No spiked/prong collars while dogs are playing.
- No children under age 6 allowed inside the fences. Children 12 and under require adult supervision.
- No more than 2 dogs per member in the park at one time.
- Owners are required to clean up after their dog. Waste bags and disposal areas are provided.
- No food or dog treats allowed inside the fenced areas.
- Owners must provide their own water and water bowls.
- No smoking and no alcohol allowed at the park.
- Parking lot and paved walks may not be cleared during snow events – please enter at your own risk.
- Refill any and all holes dug by your dog/dogs.
- Close all gates properly!!
- Healthy dogs only please.
- Any commercial or business activities need to be approved by Eastline Romp and Play Inc. and the Town of Malta.
